This is a friendly reminder that, technically, you have one (1) month left to file your BP Deepwater Horizon DWH economic, individual, or business claim. This is the bp dwh deadline to submit your claim. Under the settlement agreement, the deadline can be interpreted to be April 22, 2014 which is about one month away. If you are just realizing this, I don’t charge you any fee whatsoever to evaluate your claim for submission. All you need to do is send me your financial documents, monthly profit and loss documents, tax returns, etc. for either business or economic losses. I will evaluate these for free for you; and, if I can potentially recover for you under the BP settlement, I will then charge you a contingency fee to do so. So, you have nothing to lose.
Many people do not know this but, virtually all types of businesses with the exception of some can file for a claim. The following are just a short list of who can file for a bp claim under the deepwater horizon settlement agreement through a bp attorney: professionals, laborers, gardeners, restaurants, entertainment companies, landlords, plumbers, tradesmen, air condition repairmen, surveyors, truck drivers, bar owners, musicians, dentists, doctors, lawyers, stores, food service industry, salesmen, repairmen, secretaries, distributors, appraisers, countless others and virtually all types of businesses with the exception of financial institutions, insurance industry, moratorium claims, gaming industry, or real estate developers.
The formula to examine can be complex and that is where I come in to examine your claim. I can do so at no initial charge if you contact me within the next few weeks. There is a chance the deadline will be extended beyond April 22, 2014, but, we do not recommend waiting until after that time. Thus, please contact me before to inquire about us submitting your bp deepwater horizon claim with experienced bp lawyers.
