In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful family and also raising money for various New Orleans Charities through my involvement with the 610 Stompers “Ordinary Men, Extraordinary Moves”.
In truly NOLA fashion, I believe in the art of having a balanced, full life while giving back to the community. I graduated from Jesuit High School in 1999, got my Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2003, and then graduated from Loyola New Orleans School of Law in 2007. The concept of the law and traditions of the Louisiana legal system intrigue me, and I have turned my interest into my own legal practice. I enjoy helping people and ultimately making them happy, which I strive to do on a daily basis with the legal needs of many New Orleans and Louisiana residents.
When I am not at my desk or in Court arguing motions or in trial, you can usually find me spending time with my family and friends around New Orleans. The culinary scene of New Orleans is the best on the planet, along with the many music varieties we possess. I also am a very active member of the 610 Stompers; we are a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, Charity Organization designed to both promote dance and give back to the community. We recently raised $20,610.00 for the Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency (LOPA) which holds a special place in my heart for helping to find my little brother a kidney transplant in June of 2012.
In short, I am constantly busy trying to help people, whether through legal means or on the street. You can also find me on Twitter and on Facebook. LawyerLaHatte is my username.
